Blood Pressure And Salt No relation

A common misconception is that eating too much salt increases BP . If you feel the same then you need to change your thinking . According to a recent research , more or less salt intake is not related to hypertension .
Belgium 's Leuven University researchers followed 3,681 people for seven years researching claimed . The 2069 and 1499 hypertensive blood pressure were normal . No one had heart disease when the study began . Sodium in the urine of these investigations were placed into three groups - low- salt eating , with moderate salt intake and eat more salt .
Health 6.5 years for those with normal blood pressure were monitored . During this period, 187 of these low salt group , moderate intake of salt, containing 190 and 175 people die of high blood pressure . BP impaired than those who eat less salt . Professor of Community Medicine ,  Medical College said , " Study is not too large . Study on the older population to arrive at the final result should be . Patients with high blood pressure do not recommend that we eat no salt at all . You can eat five grams of salt a day . It is advised not to eat too much salt . "
