Pregnant Womens Do Not Do

Lumbar pain during pregnancy to take a little carelessness can lead to problems . To avoid this, do let us know and Don'ts

















Do not do

1 Do not lift heavy objects .
2 Do not tilt the pelvis .
3 Inverted - Do not Lie direct manner .
Do not get up from bed to wake up at 4 shocks .
Do not wear high heels 5 for much longer .
Do not walk on shoulder hanging heavy bag 6 .
7 Do not try to take everything on its head .
Do
1 for lifting heavy objects , ask your spouse or your special someone .
